By accessing or using TerraLeap (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. TerraLeap is operated by UpLeap Technologies Private Limited, registered in Hyderabad, India.
2. Account Registration
To access courses and assessments, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password
- Not share your account credentials with any other person
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Eligibility
TerraLeap is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate accounts found to be in violation of this requirement.
4. Course Access and Licence
Upon purchasing a course, TerraLeap grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only, for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display course content
- Share login credentials or course access with others
- Use automated tools to scrape or download content
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any course material
5. Intellectual Property
All content on TerraLeap — including text, images, videos, question banks, e-books, and software — is the intellectual property of UpLeap Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use TerraLeap’s branding, trademarks, or intellectual property for any purpose without our prior written consent.
6. Payments and Pricing
All course fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) or the local currency specified at checkout. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. TerraLeap reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Purchases are charged at the price displayed at the time of checkout.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system
- Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the Platform
TerraLeap reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
TerraLeap is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content is complete and current.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UpLeap Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of TerraLeap, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
11. Changes to Terms
TerraLeap reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
