Courses & Access

How long do I have access to a course?
Access duration varies by course โ€” typically 30 to 180 days from the date of enrolment, as stated on the course details page.
Can I access TerraLeap on mobile?
Yes. TerraLeap is fully responsive and works on all devices including smartphones, tablets, laptops and desktops.
How do I access my enrolled course?
After enrolment, log into your account and visit My Courses. All content is available immediately.

Exams & Assessments

Can I retake an exam?
The number of attempts is defined per assessment. Check the exam instructions page for the attempt limit.
How are mock exams scored?
Mock exams are scored instantly. You receive a percentage score along with a detailed breakdown by subject domain.

Payment & Billing

What payment methods are accepted?
TerraLeap accepts Visa, Mastercard, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 7-day refund if you have accessed less than 10% of the course content. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Certificates

How do I download my certificate?
Once you complete all required activities and pass the final exam, your certificate will be available under the Certificate section. You can download it as a PDF.
