1. Digital Delivery Only
TerraLeap is a 100% digital platform. All products sold — including exam preparation courses, mock tests, e-books, video lectures, and certificates of completion — are delivered electronically. There is no physical shipping of any kind.
This policy applies to all purchases made through www.terraleap.com by UpLeap Technologies Private Limited.
2. How You Receive Your Purchase
Upon successful payment, your course or product is activated instantly to your TerraLeap account. You will also receive a confirmation email to your registered email address containing:
- Order confirmation and receipt
- Instructions to access your course
- Support contact information
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder and then contact us at support@terraleap.com.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Digital delivery is immediate upon payment confirmation. In rare cases involving payment gateway delays, access may take up to 2 business hours to activate. If access is not available within 24 hours of confirmed payment, please contact our support team.
4. Access Duration
Course access begins on the date of purchase and remains active for the duration stated on the course details page at the time of enrolment (typically 30 to 180 days). Access will automatically expire at the end of this period.
- Access durations cannot be paused or extended unless a specific extension option is offered
- We recommend beginning your course promptly after purchase
- You will receive reminder notifications before your access expires
5. Technical Requirements
To access your digital course content, you will need:
- A stable internet connection (minimum 2 Mbps recommended for video content)
- A modern web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge)
- A computer, tablet, or smartphone
TerraLeap is not responsible for access issues arising from the learner's device, internet connection, or browser compatibility.
6. Certificates of Completion
Digital certificates of completion are issued within your TerraLeap account after meeting all requirements of the respective programme. Certificates are available as downloadable PDFs from your Certificates dashboard. There is no physical dispatch of certificates.
