Our refund policy.

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of TerraLeap's products, please read our refund policy carefully.

Refund Policy

Please read this carefully before using TerraLeap's platform and services.

1. General Policy

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of TerraLeap’s products, all purchases are generally non-refundable once course access has been granted. This policy is in place because digital content is consumed immediately upon access and cannot be “returned.”

By completing a purchase on TerraLeap, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

2. Exceptions Where Refunds May Be Considered

TerraLeap may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests in the following limited circumstances:

  • Technical failure: You are unable to access purchased content due to a verified technical issue on TerraLeap’s end, and the issue cannot be resolved within 7 business days.
  • Duplicate payment: Your account was charged more than once for the same order.
  • Unauthorised transaction: You can demonstrate that the purchase was made without your authorisation.
Refund requests based on change of mind, lack of time to study, exam rescheduling, or dissatisfaction with content difficulty will not be considered.

3. How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, email support@terraleap.com with the subject line “Refund Request — [Your Order ID]” and include:

  • Your full name and registered email address
  • Order ID and purchase date
  • Course name
  • Reason for the request with supporting details

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

4. Review and Processing

All refund requests are reviewed by our team within 5–7 business days. We may contact you for additional information during the review process.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Processing time after approval is typically:

  • Credit / Debit Card: 5–10 business days
  • UPI / Net Banking: 3–7 business days
  • Wallet: 1–3 business days

TerraLeap is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Courses where more than 10% of the content has been accessed
  • Expired course subscriptions (access period has ended)
  • Promotional or discounted purchases
  • Courses purchased under a group or institutional licence

6. Cancellation Policy

Once a course is purchased and access is granted, cancellation is not available. If you wish to stop using the platform, you may request account deletion at any time, but no refund will be issued for unused course duration.

7. Policy Changes

TerraLeap reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The current policy will always be available at www.terraleap.com/RefundPolicy.aspx. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
